Can you feel the irony coming on? It's Monday, and I'm going to talk to you about unwinding. Monday is a stressful day for most, and I bet there's a lot of people out there who wait until the weekend to unwind. That means your going through your whole week in the clutches of Monday's tension. While I'm sure we would all just like to say screw monday, and skip it, I'd like to suggest taking a little extra time today to do some unwinding.
I've been hearing a lot about stress lately. Stress to the extent of health issues and medication. Now, that doesn't seem healthy to me. So today, tomorrow, or even next monday, try to ease into the day, and schedule a little relaxation time. Wake up a little early, and have a cup of tea. Try and eat a nice breakfast while you sit outside and enjoy the autumn air. I bet you can find the extra five minutes, and I bet it would feel better than those headaches you get when the stress takes over.
