Motivation Monday: Get Outside

Good morning! I've got a different kind of motivation for you today. This weeks challenge is to motivate you to get outside. Even if only for a few minutes. When your feet hit the floor when you wake up tomorrow morning, head outside. Take a few breaths and enjoy the fresh air. I promise you'll feel better the entire day. 

The photo is of my sister's tent from mine. Camping together can be a great experience, but getting outside for just minutes even has can have a great impact on your health and stress levels. So today, try to get outside. Take a walk, sit on the porch, or just step outside and breath for awhile.
